"Bon Eclair" offers delicious and authentic French pastries: croissants,

macarons, cannoli's, tarts, and of course, its signature item, eclairs.

We have a very extensive bakery product list and currently make over

150 varieties.

Our gourmet pastries are made with the freshest, most carefully

sourced ingredients, and handcrafted daily in our open kitchen!

We do not use any preservatives in our product.

equipment available, our experienced and dedicated employees are a

Experienced restaurateur, Roman Rizer, brings the most wonderfully sweet eclair concoctions to life in New York City and Miami. As the owner of the Sugar Rush restaurant on Miami Beach, Rizer is the developer and creator of the Bon Éclair, focusing his efforts on the sweeter side of culinary delights. Rizer now brings the delicacy of French pastry making techniques, delectable seasonal flavors, and a magical cup of coffee to go along with that sweet tooth.
